Himalayan Sea Salt DIY Foot Scrub & Soak

- 5 tablespoons pink soup of sea salt Himalaya
- 10 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (not aluminum please!)
- 20 drops of essential oil of organic grapefruit
- 10 drops of essential oil of organic mint
- 10 drops of essential oil of sweet orange

- Whisk the coconut oil with an electric hand whisk for several minutes until white and fuffly.
- Make sure it is cool enough to be in solid form, otherwise you will not be able to whip!
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Then pour in a nice glass bowl.
- This also makes a great gift!
- Use a loofah or a glove to gently massage your feet for a few minutes with the scrub.
- Once you have cleared your feet, put them in hot water and add the rest of the DIY foot massage if left.
- Soak your feet for 15 minutes. Take a good book and relax!
- Rub your feet for a few more minutes to remove dead skin, then rinse with water.
- Hydrate your body butter homemade butter.
