I choose 3 of my favorite carrier oils in this light body oil recipe: jojoba oil, camellia oil seeds and safflower oil.
Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax very similar to our skin vegetable oil. It is emollient, very well against wrinkles and easily penetrate your skin without leaving a film of oil. Oh, and he has a natural SFP 4!
As I mentioned earlier, the camellia seed oil is my all times favorite carrier oil that comes from the tea tree and has been used for centuries in Japan. camellia oil seed is a major antioxidant in addition to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Not smell anything, it is easily absorbed by the skin and leaves it soft and silky!
Safflower oil has great benefits for the skin because it contains a high content of omega-6 fatty acids increases the regeneration of new skin cells.
